Most exciting, I am now an independent author. I never thought I’d go this route, but circumstances in the publishing world have drastically changed and I needed to change with it.
For me, after chasing after literary agents for too many years, I realized they had become irrelevant because having a traditional publisher does not guarantee sales. My Independent publisher had become irrelevant due to their inability to generate sales. Book stores have sadly disappeared, leaving a wasteland. Now Amazon is the leading bookseller and they keep us authors writing.
I want to thank all the readers from around the world who will never be irrelevant. You read books based on the author’s talent and creativity and not on profiteers. I really appreciate that.
